These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CardCoder Studios Discord bot (the "Bot"). By using the Bot in any Discord server or direct message, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Bot Does
The Bot provides card information by querying CardCoder Studios websites and returning results in Discord. The Bot is informational only and may change at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Bot, including attempting to disrupt service, abuse commands, or use the Bot in ways that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. Availability and Accuracy
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete uptime, or that returned card data is always error-free.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardCoder Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot.
5. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the Bot, or restrict access to it, at any time without prior notice.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
